Colleen Walker
Chief Executive Officer
Colleen is a 2000 graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, and has devoted her career to the promotion of education and programs that assist youth. Before joining GSNETX, she served as President of Education is Freedom. Colleen founded and served as Executive Director for Engineers of Dreams, a non-profit organization that encouraged more than 60,000 high school students in Texas, Colorado and Louisiana to pursue careers in technical fields. She also found success in a variety of business and planning positions with Neiman Marcus, the University of Colorado and Energy Service Associates. She served as Miss Colorado in 1991, competed for Miss America in 1992 and received $14,000 in scholarships which she used to help fund her engineering degree.
Jennifer Bartkowski
Chief Development Officer
Jennifer Bartkowski serves as the Chief Development Officer of Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas, managing the fund development and marketing and communications efforts for the 32-county council. Before joining Girl Scouts in 2009, Jennifer served as the Senior Vice President of Workplace Campaigns for United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, responsible for leading an annual campaign of more than $50 million. Jennifer’s career began after receiving a Master of Public Administration, with a nonprofit management focus, at Texas A&M University. She has worked with a variety of organizations including the American Lung Association of Texas, United Way/Capital Area, private start-up Charitygift, and as an independent consultant. Jennifer is the mother of two children, including a Girl Scout Brownie and is the proud recipient of the Girl Scout Silver Award.
Gwyneth Lloyd
Chief Program Officer
Gwyneth joined Girl Scouting as a girl (in England) and came to Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas in 2008. She holds Non-Profit Leadership and Entrepreneurship certifications from Southern Methodist University; a Masters Certification in Horticulture from the University of Guelph, Vancouver, Canada; and studied French at the Sorbonne in Paris. She brings extensive consulting and management experience in the for-profit and non-profit sectors focusing her efforts on human capital management, fund raising, and board development.
Debbie Roling
Chief Administrative Officer
Debbie came to Girl Scouts in October 2004. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Louisville. Her prior work experience includes international financial reporting at YUM Brands, and accounting, internal audit, planning, business development, and market research responsibilities at LG&E Energy.
