Girls who may not be ready to spend overnights away from home can experience the adventure, fun and excitement of Girl Scout Camp through GSNETX Day and Twilight camps! At these volunteer run Day/Twilight Camps, girls can attend a camp offered during daytime or twilight hours and return home each night. Outdoor activities, new friends and special memories are part of what makes Day/Twilight Camp a great experience for girls including a unique theme! Whether a girl chooses a camp close to home or miles away, each day she returns home self-confident and bubbling over with stories of friendship, new-found skills, and memories of sunny days or glowing campfires. Check out the list below to choose location, date or theme that suits you best and get ready for some Girl Scout camping fun!
Note: Camp prices are $55 per week for girls, $30 per week for boys, pre-schoolers and tag-a-longs. If registering after the camp deadline, add $10 to the price. Make check payable to the specific camp you are attending and mail the registration and check to the address listed under the "more details" for that camp.
Day/Twilight Camp is available for girls ages 5 - 17.
Note: Camps may fill up before the deadline, so it is essential to send in your registration as soon as possible!

Thanks to so many adult volunteers signing up we actually have room for more campers! Spots are available in several units. Call or e-mail to confirm ASAP.

The Girl Scout installment of this popular show will have girls working in teams to solve the puzzle! Working together they will follow clues, overcome obstacles and tackle roadblocks! Team-building will never be the same! Each unit will represent a Texas City and the competition will take the teams all over the state. Camp Norwestor is known for including science each year, and campers will "soar" over this year’s experiment!

Of course, girls will also get to do traditional camp activities like: Arts & Crafts, Archery, Songs, Flag Ceremonies, Games and Hiking. Girls entering 6th -8th grade can choose to be part of a specialty unit: Cooking-western style or Photography.

NOTE: These units will fill up quickly!

Fantasy Trails — Princess Power

Treasure Hollow — Journey through Treasure Hollow: Candyland Adventure

Click to get more information on Treasure HollowLet's take a fun Journey - Candyland style! At Journey through Treasure Hollow: Candyland Adventure, campers will sample all of the fun activities of camp, from crafts, games, archery, nature exploration and hiking to learning new songs.

Through all activities, girls will work toward earning part of a Girl Scout Journey program and related badges. We’ll learn about the U.S. flag and participate in a bird program at the Blackland Prairie Raptor Center.

Treasure Hollow offers a traditional outdoor camp experience at a scenic park by Lavon Lake, minutes away from Allen, Wylie, McKinney and Plano.

Along with other amateur Girl Scout detectives, campers will use their crime scene investigator techniques to question and convict the “criminal” on camp. By using investigative techniques and scientific methods, campers will learn how to solve the mysteries behind crime scenes.

Each day, campers will study skills used in today’s crime fighting and learn what it takes to work in the fields of forensics and criminal justice.

If you have Cookie Dough credits to apply from cookie sales, you should secure your camper’s spot now by registering and paying in full. (Remember, camp space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.)
Once the actual amount of Cookie Dough credits is validated, and you receive your Cookie Dough Card, you should request reimbursement for the amount desired.
