Volunteering with Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas
Adults who volunteer with Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas follow a process to assist in matching their skills, experiences and the desire to give with the right opportunity, in the most efficient way. Following, please find a description of the steps in this process.
Complete a volunteer application and screening process.
- Receive a welcome message and link to the online Girl Scout orientation.
- Become a Girl Scout Member. All volunteers joins Girl Scouts for a $12 annual membership registration fee.
- Connect with a volunteer support liaison.
- Have fun, make friends, and make a difference.
The volunteer support liaison will give ongoing support and share additional volunteer opportunities throughout the volunteer term.
