Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas seeks dynamic, self-motivated, and committed individuals to deliver our innovative Community Programs. Program Specialists will effectively deliver programs designed to encourage, empower, and equip girls with the tools necessary to succeed academically and in life. Using the Girl Scout Leadership Development model, we seek to fulfill our mission to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place. We are seeking individuals with a desire to positively impact the next generation of female leaders. All candidates must meet the following requirements.

• Some college with a related major
• Related professional or volunteer experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Genuine concern for the future and well-being of girls
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

The program specialist will earn $9 to $10 per hour and work between 15 – 25 hours per week. These positions involve direct service to girls in a school setting. Opportunities are available in all of the Community Programs: Las Mariposas, Girl Scouts Direct, and Girl Scouting in the School Day-Dallas and East Texas.
