Program Aide

The Program Aide Award is part of the Teen Mentoring Awards. Girls in grades 6- 8 need to do the following to earn their Program Aide Award.
  1. Earn one LiA Award
  2. Completes a council-designed Program Aide leadership course.
    • This course will be offered periodically throughout the year. Dates will be posted on this page as the courses get set up.
  3. Works directly with younger girls over six activity sessions. This might be assisting girls on journey activities (in addition to what she did for her LiA), badge activities, or other sessions. She might work with a group at their meetings, day camp, or during a special council event.
    • An activity session is composed of 2-3 activities.

Program Aide Leadership Training Class

Note: All classes will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and will be held at the JoAnn Fogg Service Center. Cost: $15.00

  • Full  May 4, 2013
  • Full  May 18, 2013
Parents are not required to attend with their daughter.
Girls will need to bring a sack lunch and drink.
