eBiz is the online access to your Girl Scout data.
As soon as a volunteer’s application process is complete, or anyone’s membership is entered into the system, they are able to access their data through this portal.
The volunteer application is usually processed within 3-5 days of completing both the application and authorization to complete the background check report. The volunteer will receive a congratulations email upon successful completion.
New Girl Scout membership records are currently submitted by paper and timing for system entry varies. As soon as the information is entered, an email goes to the individual at the email address written on the form.
eBiz gives Girl Scouts several opportunities to manage their Girl Scout data:
- Renew membership
- Update contact information
- Update volunteer positions
- View training and awards data
- Register for adult training and events
- Access troop management
