What is a Girl Scout Leadership Journey? It is a holistic series of experiences that challenge girls to explore a range of leadership opportunities created for their age and developmental level.

Each Journey incorporates the 3 Keys to Leadership – Discover, Connect, Take Action – and has defined outcomes to guide girls as they lead, learn by doing, and cooperate to earn recognitions and achieve goals.
