Girls earn Interest Project Awards while following a college-like
schedule as they attend a variety of classes taught by professors and
area professionals. I.P. College will be held at 4 area colleges, 2
commuter and 2 residential programs in June & July.

GIRLS:
The 2009 Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas Interest Project (IP) College
is open to all girls, grades 6-12, who have completed the 6th grade (Residential
programs need to be girls who have completed 7th grade and
up). Each girl must register individually and payment must be received
separately for each school. In order to earn the Interest Projects
offered, you must be present every day of the event and complete all
assigned work (some preparatory homework outside of class work is
required). IP college helps fulfill some portions of the Girl Scout
Silver and Gold Leadership Awards.
ADULTS:
Volunteers are greatly appreciated and are required for Safety-Wise
ratios. Adults interested in helping with these events should complete
the appropriate Adult Registration form(s).
