RGRW2 DallasThe 4th Annual Real Girls Real Women Awards Luncheon, sponsored by Frito-Lay, will be held on Thursday, October 23rd at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas. The Real Women honorees for this year’s event are Anne Motsenbocker of JPMorgan Chase and Clarice Tinsley of KDFW Fox 4. Their community involvement illustrates their commitment to girls’ and women's issues and demonstrates their considerable leadership skills.

Anne Motsenbocker is the Dallas Region President of JPMorgan Chase, the state’s largest financial institution. She has worked for the bank and its predecessors for 23 years serving clients in corporate banking, commercial banking, wealth management and trust. Anne is a leader in the banking industry and she is currently the market manager of Chase’s Commercial Bank, where she works with dynamic middle-market businesses across all industries. Anne’s commitment to excellence and to uplifting the community is evident and is reflected as an alumnus of Leadership Dallas and Leadership Richardson. Her compassion is revealed through her involvement with a host of local charities which mirrors the Girl Scout mission to “make the world a better place.” Anne is a member of the Dallas Citizen’s Council, Executive Women’s Roundtable, Advisory Board of Governors of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Dallas Assembly, International Women's Forum, and Chair of the Advisory Board for the YWCA. Like Girl Scouts, Anne is committed to helping people. She serves on various Boards of Directors including the North Texas Business for Culture and the Arts, Greater Dallas Chamber, Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, The Senior Source, and the JJ Pearce PTA. Anne lives in Dallas with her husband Alan and their two sons, Brian and David.

Clarice Tinsley, a lifetime Girl Scout, is a veteran journalist who fell in love with news in the 5th grade and cultivated her passion into a prosperous career in television. Clarice has anchored the weekday evening news and reported on special assignments for nearly 30 years. Her leadership, honesty, and fairness are just a few of the amazing values she displays to viewers across northeast Texas. The stories she has covered have earned her an Emmy, a DuPont-Columbia Citation, the Texas Headliner Award, three Katie Awards from the Dallas Press Club and a Texas Associated Press award. Clarice has also won an illustrious George Foster Peabody award for her story “A Call for Help” about the Dallas EMS system. As a result of Clarice’s stellar reporting and her courage to uncover flaws in the 9-1-1 system, Dallas’ EMS reviewed staffing and changed their medical emergencies procedures. She is passionate about news and it shows in her character on and off camera. Clarice devotes countless hours to serving families and communities across Texas when she is not on-air. She volunteers her time and talents with many organizations such as Susan G. Komen for the Cure where she served as the 2008 Honorary Race Chair for Dallas County. She reads books on tape for more than 75,000 children across Texas who are visually impaired through Reading & Radio Resource and she also serves on the Super Bowl XLV Board of Directors. Clarice will chair the Super Bowl XLV Communication Action Team and will create innovative events and activities to give Texans and visitors memorable ways to experience the first Super Bowl in north Texas. Clarice enjoys painting and spending time with her loving husband, Stephen Giles. Her dynamic presence, professionalism and determination have established her as consummate professional and a role model to women of all ages.

In addition to these amazing community leaders, two outstanding young women will also be honored during the luncheon.

The Mistress of Ceremonies for the 4th Annual Real Girls Real Women Awards Luncheon will be KDFW Fox 4 news anchor Heather Hays. The event will also feature Dallas native Linda Armstrong Kelly as the keynote speaker. Linda is an author, professional speaker and the mother of Lance Armstrong, seven-time Tour De France champion and cancer survivor.

Nearly 500 guests will attend the event. Sponsors of the event gain valuable community visibility and also join forces with one of the world’s most recognized brands. An exclusive pre-party at the famed Stephan Pyles Restaurant is an added benefit for our key sponsors this year.
