Are you looking for an awesome place to spend part of you summer? If so, then you won’t want to miss the amazing sessions which await you at Camp Rocky Point this summer!
Rocky Point is the place to be if you enjoy hanging out with friends while spending time on a beautiful lake. In addition to water activities such as swimming and kayaking, you can aim for a bull’s-eye at the archery range and cook dinner one night over a campfire!
Camp is for YOU at Rocky Point where many sessions will be focused on special interests such as learning to upcycle clothing, making homemade gifts, designing marble roller coasters, building robots, creating delightful desserts, trying new instruments, and other fun things!
New this year at Rocky Point are 3 day sessions for Brownies and Juniors and 10 day sessions for girls entering 7-12 grade!
Whether you are a Brownie wanting to spend your first time at camp living in a platform tent, an Ambassador wanting a leadership experience, or any level in-between, there is a session for YOU at Camp Rocky Point this summer!
Camp Rocky Point also offers the Counselor In Training (CIT) program for girls entering grades 10-12, and the Mariner In Training (MIT) program for girls 14 and older.
Applications for these programs can be found at www.gsnetx.org/leadership.
Note: Member price is for girls who are already registered with the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas
