Pay In Full — Online Registration for Resident Camp

To secure your camper’s guaranteed placement register online at www.gsnetx.org/camp.

Pay in Full — Offline Paper Registration for Resident Camp

If using the paper form but not needing a Payment Plan Option or applying for Financial Assistance, complete this form::
  1. Resident Camp Registration Form
  2. If you choose not to purchase your camp registration online, please complete the camp registration form and submit it to GSNETX along with your payment in full.
This option is not to be used for any payment plan option or financial assistance - only for those who choose not to register for camp online.
Please note that full payment required when registering with this form.

Financial Assistance

If requesting Financial Assistance for Resident Camp, complete these forms::

  2. Financial Assistance Request Form - Resident Camp
Partial financial assistance may be requested for any registered Girl Scout living in the 32 counties served by Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas. GSNETX makes every effort to assist as many girls as possible from their allocated funds. Families with financial situations that may prevent them from participating in the resident camp program should complete the Financial Assistance Request Form – Resident Camp.
Assistance can be requested for a portion of session fees. A non-refundable $100 deposit will be required to apply for financial assistance. To request partial aid, complete the Financial Assistance Request Form – Resident Camp and send to Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas along with your completed Resident Camp Registration Form and $100 deposit.
Incomplete forms, and forms received without the $100 deposit will be returned by mail without being processed.
Do not register online.. If financial assistance is granted, you will be notified in writing of the amount of financial assistance you will receive. The next step is to login to your camper’s eBiz account to confirm the remaining balance owed and pay in full online. The remaining balance, if any, will be due to council by May 17, 2013.

Financial Assistance for Day/Twilight Camp

If requesting Financial Assistance for Day/Twilight Camp, complete these forms:
  1. Day/Twilight Girl Registration and Health Form
  2. Financial Assistance Request Form
Limited financial assistance may be requested for any registered Girl Scout living in the 32 counties served by Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas whose family has a financial situation that may prevent her from participating in the Girl Scout program.
To request aid, complete the Financial Assistance Request Form and turn it in with your Camp Registration and Health Form AND at least a $10.00 deposit to the individual Day/Twilight Camp. Parents of girls applying for financial assistance will be notified of the amount authorized by that camp. Parents are responsible for paying any additional balance due directly to the Day/Twilight Camp.

If you have Cookie Dough credits to apply from cookie sales, you should secure your camper’s spot now by registering and paying in full. (Remember, camp space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.)
Once the actual amount of Cookie Dough credits is validated, and you receive your Cookie Dough Card, you should request reimbursement for the amount desired.
To request reimbursement, complete the 2013 Cookie Dough/Gift Card Reimbursement Request form and sent it along with your actual Cookie Dough Card to:

Reimbursement for Cookie Dough/Gift Card will be processed and paid by check after your camper’s camp session
