Outdoor & Camping Guide: Poison Prevention
Grade Levels Served:  B,J,C,S,A,F
Program Description:  The Outdoor & Camping Guide to Poison Prevention is a 30-45 minute interactive presentation for girls in grades 2-12. At the end of the presentation, girls will be able to identify a variety of poisonous critters and plants native to Texas. They will also be able to identify causes of carbon monoxide poisoning when camping and the best first aid techniques for each of these types of poisonings.
