Program Description:  Moon Day is an annual celebration of space exploration, aligned with the anniversary of the first lunar landing, that uses inflatable planetariums, exhibits, displays, classes, lectures and movies to showcase local space-related museums, organizations and companies in North Texas. Early arrivals will receive a Lunar Sample Bag stuffed with space information and goodies. Classes and lectures throughout the day cover a range of space topics for all ages. Event activities will meet requirements for the Night Owl and Sky badges, as well as all STEM patches.
