2013 National Young Women of Distinction

The National Young Women of Distinction is the designation, and special honor, conferred by GSUSA on ten Girl Scout Gold Award recipients whose final projects demonstrate extraordinary leadership, a measurable and sustainable impact, and address a local challenge that relates to a national and/or global issue.
Any Girl Scout who completed her Gold Award between January 1, 2011 and August 1, 2012 is eligible to apply.
Submissions must be made to GSNETX by Friday, August 17, 2012 in order for GSNETX to meet the GSUSA submissions due date of Monday, September 3, 2012. Submissions should be sent to the JoAnn Fogg Service Center at 6001 Summerside Drive, Dallas, TX 75252, attention: Gerri Gordon.
Selections will be announced no later than November 1, 2012.
