Why Volunteer

Be the role model she'll always remember.

As a volunteer, you’ll introduce girls to new experiences that show them they’re capable of more than they ever imagined.

You’ll be their cheerleader, guide, and mentor, helping them develop skills and confidence that will last a lifetime. Imagine the smiles, the excitement, the memories made—those are the moments you’ll share at Girl Scouts.

GSLI Job Shadow Program

Make an impact in the future of girls by serving as a career mentor. Job shadowing offers girls the chance to learn about a particular occupation or profession to see if it might appeal to them. In job shadowing, a business typically provides an experience for a girl as she accompanies a worker throughout their day to day work schedule. Apply today.
