Marketing Sales Manager - Dallas Office

We are the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas and we believe in the power of every girl. With the right team of amazing people, we can change the world – one girl at a time.

As the Marketing Sales Manager you'll help our Sales team to develop, lead and execute marketing sales, and lead generation strategies that will increase awareness of, and participation in, Girl Scouting.

He/she is responsible for the development and implementation of the systems and processes used, the development of an effective marketing campaign(s) to drive sales, acting as the liaison between the sales and communications teams to develop collateral and advertisements, and managing the performance of the inside sales team. The Marketing Sales Manager is also responsible for key metrics that include a number of qualified leads generated and membership numbers.

Inside Sales Specialist - Dallas Office

Director, Individual & Major Gifts - Dallas Office

The Director of Individual and Major Gifts builds the pipeline of major donors by driving the strategy for the individual giving program and is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors at all giving levels, including planned gifts. In addition, this person will manage an active portfolio of individual prospects and donors capable of gifts of $1,000 along with the strategy for increasing financial support for this dynamic organization.

The ideal candidate will have specialized knowledge related to major gifts and planned giving, as well as knowledge of fund development principles, strategies and ethics, and familiarity with “moves management” donor tracking systems.

Outside Sales Coordinator - Northeast Texas Area

We're the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas and we are looking for Outside Sales Coordinators that will help bring the Girl Scout experience to girls and adults in the Dallas, Collin, Denton and Smith County Areas! 

The Outside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to increase awareness of, and participation in, Girl Scouting through use of a marketing sales campaign(s).

He/She is also responsible for generating leads and prospects to meet sales goals and increase overall Girl Scout troop membership growth by securing new adult volunteers, new girl members, and community partnerships. Fund Development Associate - Dallas Office

The Summer STEM Counselors are responsible for chaperoning participants during assigned sessions, will share in the implementation and coordination of high quality programming that meet the goals and objectives of    council-planned science, engineering, technology, math (STEM) and/or outdoor activities from June 1-July 30, 2015.

This position also requires he/she to be responsible for the emotional and physical health and safety of girls under supervision.

Bus Check-In Medical Personnel - North Dallas

Want to be a part of her Girl Scout summer camp experience? Join our team as seasonal, part-time Bus Check-In Medical Personnel!

The Bus Check-in Medical Personnel will participate as a member of the camp administration team to carry out responsibilities for the health check-in process prior to girls leaving for camp, and serve in the implementation of camp healthcare. 

Bus Check-in Medical Personnel must be available for a few hours on Sundays and select Wednesdays beginning Sunday, June 14 until Friday, July 24.

Program Delivery Specialist (GSD) - Southern Sector Service Center
