Grant Manager - Dallas

At Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas, each day is a new kind of exciting! That’s why we’re looking for a Grant Manager who can do amazing things.

As a part of the Fund Development team, the Grant Manager is responsible for managing the grant process, writing proposals to generate revenue for general operating and program/project-based support, as well as for capital projects from foundations, corporations, governments, and United Ways. 

The Grant Manager must also ensure a smooth and successful proposal submission process, accurate recordkeeping and result-oriented reporting for all grants to support the successful execution of the Girl Scout mission. 

The Grant Manager reports directly to, and works closely with the Vice President, Fund Development.

Administrative Assistant - Dallas

As the Administrative Assistant, this position provides support to the Chief Operating Officer, Vice President, Membership and Vice President, Girl Experience. The incumbent must possess excellent administrative and relational skills with emphasis on ability to manage multiple projects and attention to detail. 

As part of the Administrative Assistant team, which also provides support for board committees and special projects, this position reports to the CEO Executive Assistant.

Director, Marketing & Digital Communications - Dallas

At Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas, each day is a new kind of exciting! That’s why we’re looking for a Director, Marketing & Digital Communications who can do amazing things.

As a member of the Marketing and Communications team, you'll develop and execute community/grassroots marketing strategies to increase awareness of, and participation in, Girl Scouting. The Director, Marketing and Digital Communications will also be responsible for the development of effective marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase membership.

Sales Associate - Allen

If you enjoy interacting with customers, helping volunteers and working in a quaint shop, then we're looking for you to join our Retail team as a Part-Time, temporary to permanent Sales Associate.

With an average work week of 20-29 hours, the Sales Associate is responsible for serving customers, assisting with merchandising, stocking, pricing, and keeping the store neat, clean and organized.

Cookie Program Assistant - Dallas

In this role, the Cookie Program Assistant is responsible for developing and securing retail locations for the Girl Scout Cookie program representative while reaching out to new and current community retail partners. The Cookie Program Assistant should possess great verbal and written communication skills and must be available to work weekday morning hours (may include some weekends).

Program Facilitator - Dallas

With the right team of amazing people, we can change the world – one girl at a time!

Come share your talents with us as a part-time, temporary Program Facilitator. In this role, the Program Facilitator is responsible for chaperoning participants during assigned sessions, and share in the implementation and coordination of high quality programming that meets the goals and objectives of GSNETX in planned science, engineering, technology, math, healthy living and/or outdoor activities. The Program Facilitator is also responsible for the emotional and physical health and safety of girls under supervision.
