Belk-Calder & Anderson GSUSA Planned Giving Challenge
Challenge ends October 31
Last October two Girl Scout Lifetime Members, Dianne Belk and
Lawrence Calder, set up a planned gift challenge to GSUSA, including
all 112 Girl Scout councils. We have an opportunity to meet the
challenge in our council by adding 5 new planned gifts. In return,
Belk and Calder will make a planned gift of their own to GSNETX for $10,000.
On the heels of this challenge, Erik and Eva Anderson added their
own challenge with an additional $4,000 if our council secures 3 more
gifts. Thus we have the opportunity to receive $14,000 if we secure 8
new planned gifts.
As you create your own estate plans, we hope you’ll consider making
a planned gift to our council. If you’d like to help meet the
Belk-Calder and Anderson challenges, please contact Linda
Kordek at LKordek@gsnetx.org for more information.
