Okay to Say™ Film Screening: Angst
Angst is an empowering, 56-minute documentary that gives voice to youth suffering from anxiety, provides critical insights needed to spark conversation and better understand how to help today's stressed-out young people. The film includes interviews with kids, teens, educators, experts, parents and a very special interview with Michael Phelps. Watching Angst can help create a sense of calm and understanding for students and families with increased anxiety due to COVID-19 fears and daily life changes.
