Angst is an empowering, 56-minute documentary that gives voice to youth suffering from anxiety, provides critical insights needed to spark conversation and better understand how to help today's stressed-out young people. The film includes interviews with kids, teens, educators, experts, parents and a very special interview with Michael Phelps. Watching Angst can help create a sense of calm and understanding for students and families with increased anxiety due to COVID-19 fears and daily life changes.

This opportunity is possible due to a partnership between Okay to Say and IndieFlix.

The film will be available to view for 2 weeks beginning, Monday, May 4 through Monday, May 26, 2020.

In addition, a variety of additional mental health resources are available to families through the at-home screening dashboard including a discussion guide; Emotionally Managing COVID-19 guide for parents and caregivers; Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute’s Mental Health Resources During a Pandemic online guide; and a post-screening survey. Angst is recommended for children and teens ages 10-years and older.
