
Elm Fork Education Center
Description: Elm Fork Education Center is the public outreach branch of the University of North Texas's Environmental Programs and is located in the Environmental Education, Science, and Technology Building (EESAT) which is a 117,000 square foot environmentally friendly facility.
The mission of the Elm Fork Education Center develops and implements premiere environmental education programs. These programs will provide investigative encounters that engage students of all ages in field activities and discovery experiences. These opportunities are designed to encourage sound environmental decision making and responsible environmental stewardship.
SciClub Days
Bring your group, troop, family and join us for
some hands-on science fun! Choose a prepared theme, or we can
customize a program for your group's particular interests or needs.
Each SciClub Day program is by appointment only and lasts 2 hours.

Fee includes a Science Club Mentor, themed activities and materials, and a small snack for each participant. The fee also includes 2 UNT visitor parking passes good at the visitor parking spaces in Lot 11 to the west of the EESAT building where Elm Fork Education Center is located.
SciClub Day+ includes a UNT Sky Theater show. (cost down below) Teachers/leaders/chaperones are free. SciClub Day+ is only available on Saturdays.

$50 for up to 10 participants (5 minimum), $3 for each additional
participant up to a maximum of 20 (special pricing for groups over 20)

Awards offered: We are able to customize programming to the needs of the troop or group, even multi-level groups. They are specific to requested badge we would not be the best fit, byt for the most part, we could provide appropriate programming to most badges at the Daisy, Brownie, Junior, and Cadet level.
