
Lewisville Lake Environmental Learning Area
Description: Welcome to LLELA Nature Preserve! We have 2600
acre flowing across three different ecosystems where you can explore,
play, and learn all about North Texas flora and fauna! Explore on your
own or join us for a guided nature hike, badge workshop, kayakk tour,
and more! Entry to LLELA is $5 per vehicle payable by debit or credit

We
offer any of our public programs to private groups!
As
we cannot guarentee social distancing in outdoor classrooms and
service projects, face masks are strongly encouraged.
Cost: $100/ per session
Each session can accommodate a
max of 10 girls and run 4 sessions concurrently.

We also have special
conservation service projects for scouts interested in earning the
Girl Scout Gold Award. These special projects include but are not
limited to: visitor use analysis, ecology surveys, citizen science,
community outreach, restoration, arcGIS, Oculus VR design and app
development, research, and marketing (ie, game, public speaking,
graphic design, and social media, campaign management).
