Girl Scout special interest groups are year-long programs designed for Girl Scouts to explore specific interests through the Girl Scout Leadership Experience. Dues vary based on frequency of meetings per year. Financial assistance is available. Unless otherwise stated, all groups are open to Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors only.

Honor Guard 
Interested in traditions, flags, ceremonies, and patriotism? Perform flag ceremonies in your community, participate in parades, and be a leader. (All ages)  Honor guard meets monthly and when special occasions arise. For more information, visit the Honor Guard Facebook page.  


Outdoor Adventure Interest Group

Tejas Riders

LEGO Robotics Club - For girls in grades K-4
Excited about creating robots and things that move? You can start your own First LEGO League Junior Robotics Team. Have fun teaching girls all about robotics, engineering, and problem solving while partaking in this fantastic program.  Learn More.


Saturday Morning Garden Club
Meets the fourth Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to noon at The STEM Center of Excellence's Butterfly Pavillion. 

All girls and adults are welcome at any meeting! Come learn something new each month, help tend the native plant garden, develop new skills while earning badges, and have a good time with other Girl Scouts who have a similar interest in nature. For more information, email


Girls on Target: Archery Club -
Meets second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at Texas Archery Academy in Plano.
