gsLearn is full of essential volunteer trainings and courses, like how to lead activities the Girl Scout way, safety procedures, and advice for guiding Girl Scouts at every grade level.
You’ll find gsLearn via the left menu bar of MyGS in My Account. It’s on any desktop, tablet, or mobile device. If you are using your phone, please turn your phone on its side for best results. (Please do not take online courses online while driving or distracted!)
Your landing page in gsLearn is called your gsLearn "desktop." The gsLearn desktop shows courses you have clicked on but not started yet and/or those you are still working on.
To find courses or learning paths (a.k.a. a bundled group of courses), click on "Content Library." This is where you go to find trainings. In the gsLearn Content Library you can enter a search team (such as camp, new leader, finances, diversity, Jumpstart, etc.).
Entering "GSUSA" will show you all available courses from GSUSA. Entering "597" will show you all available courses from GSNETX. You can also search by topic, or course language by clicking on boxes that appear on the left side of your screen when in the Content Library.
Please note that gsLearn does not automatically assign trainings based on your volunteer role(s) in Girl Scouts. Using the Content Library's search feature is how you are empowered to discover training content you need and/or are interested in.
The Achievements area in gsLearn is where you can see what courses and learning paths you have completed, when you completed them, download a certificate if the course has one, and if a course has an expiration (or "compliance") date you can see when that is.
Note: To register for a course with a cost, gsLearn has a passthrough course that will provide you the direct link to the registration page in Events.
If your email address in MyGS has changed, and gsLearn seems to have lost your information. Please let us know by using this online form that will allow us to research and remedy the situation.
