Digital Cookie is the online platform that Girl Scouts can launch with the support of their parents/caregivers to take orders and process payments online from their customers and more.
Digital Cookie launches Tuesday, December 16, 2025 for Troops and Girl Scouts who have successfully completed all steps to participate in the 2026 Cookie Program.
Key Digital Cookie Dates and Reminders:
Shipped Orders: Open 12/16/2025 and End 2/22/2026
Where do the Cookies Come From: When a customer selects "Shipping" at check out, the bakery ships these cookies directly to the customer, for an additional fee. These cookies do not come from Girl Scout or Troop Inventory.
eBudde Note: These packages and the associated payment are automatically credited to the Girl Scout and Troop, with no action required by the parent/caregiver or Troop Cookie Manager.
Girl-Delivered Orders: Open 12/16/2025 and End 3/8/2026
Where do the Cookies Come From: When a customer selects "Girl Delivery" at check out, the customer will receive their cookies directly from the Girl Scout. These cookies come from the Girl Scout's personal inventory, that they must order and receive from their Troop Cookie Manager.
Important Parent/Caregiver Note: These orders must be approved within 5 days of the customer's order or the order may be cancelled.
eBudde Note: Since the Troop Cookie Manager enters the transaction in eBudde "assigning" cookies to the Girl Scout, and the Girl Scout uses those packages to fulfill "Girl Delivered" orders, only the payment for a "Girl Delivered" order is automatically credited to the Girl Scout and Troop in eBudde.
Donated Orders: Open 12/16/2025 and End 3/8/2026
Where do the Cookies Come From: When a customer donates cookies through Digital Cookie, these cookies are automatically routed to Community Cookie, our council's Gift of Caring Program. These cookies come from Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas end of season warehouse inventory and are donated to various recipients across North Texas from categories including military servicemen and women, veterans, first responders, and essential personnel. These cookies do not come from Girl Scout or Troop Inventory.
eBudde Note: Cookies donated through Digital Cookie will be reflected in the "CC" column in eBudde. hese packages and the associated payment are automatically credited to the Girl Scout and Troop, with no action required by the parent/caregiver or Troop Cookie Manager.
Mobile App & Mobile In-Hand: Opens 1/16/2026 and Closes 3/8/2026
The Mobile App is used for on the go selling like going door to door, booth sales and beyond. App access will open on the first day of the Cookie Program, which is also when our In Person selling season begins.
eBudde Note: Similar to "Girl Delivered" orders, credit card, Venmo and Paypal payments received through the Digital Cookie Mobile App will automatically be credited in eBudde to the Girl Scout and Troop.

The Troop Site Links are primarily used at Booth Sales for payments via credit card, PayPal or Venmo and NEW this year will also help track cash transactions!
