Program Passport

Welcome aboard! Get ready for a year filled with hands-on skill building, outdoor adventures, and exciting entrepreneurial experiences. We're here to make your journey easy, fun, and memorable.

The Program Passport lists activities to complete throughout the Girl Scout year. Each activity is like a "stamp" on your real passport, helping you build a well-rounded Girl Scout experience.

Complete the passport to earn an exclusive patch and an entry to win a grand prize: a FREE week at a GSNETX camp! This includes troop camping, family camping, resident camp or day or twilight camp—the choice is yours!

Each bonus stamp you earn gives you an extra entry for the grand prize, though they aren't required.

Active members as of 8/14/24 received a passport mailed to their homes in September. Joined 8/15/24 or after, or misplaced your original? We've got you! Download a printable version (English) (Español).

Here's how to complete your passport:

STEP 1:  Complete the required activities honestly and fairly. (On your honor–only check off activities you've actually done.)

  • For in-person GSNETX events, bring your passport to get a stamp from a staff member.
  • For activities done on your own, a troop leader, GSNETX staff member, or parent can mark off activities using a marker, hole punch, or sticker.

STEP 2: Submit your passport via the Free Patch Reporting Form by October 1, 2025.
