AmeriCorps

AmeriCorps is a national community service program that allows Americans, age 18+, to give back to their communities. Upon completing their service, AmeriCorps members earn funds to pay for college costs or student loan debt, or transfer the funds to a family member.
At Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas (GSNETX), AmeriCorps members will gain marketable professional experience while networking with other AmeriCorps members.

Sept 2023-Aug 2024*
Serves: 900 Hours | 675 Hours | 450 Hours
*Start/end dates will be determined by chosen service cohort.
Members will receive a living allowance up to $23,000 and education award up to $6,895!

JoAnn Fogg Service Center (North Dallas)
Southern Sector Service Center (S. Hampton and I-20)
The STEM Center of Excellence (Southern Dallas, near Duncanville)
East Texas Regional Center (Tyler)
