All Service Unit Volunteers must complete TR600 - Service Unit Overview Training Course every three years. TR600 is available for all registered SU Volunteers in gsLearn.

Looker is a national platform for Service Unit Volunteers to view local membership rosters, troop details, membership analysis reports, and gsLearn progress. 

While GSNETX encouarges Looker access for all Service Unit Volunteers, specific support guides are available for SU Managers, SU Cookie Program Coordinators, SU Troop Organizers, and SU Adult Recognition Specialists. 

How to Access Looker: 
  1. Register or renew for the current membership year
  2. Register for your current Service Unit role
  3. Your background check must be current
  4. Complete the Volunteer Agreement
  5. Send a Looker request to
    (Please allow 3 business days for processing)
