Request to Open
a New Bank Account
To safeguard Girl Scout troop funds, all Girl Scout troops and service units should open and maintain bank accounts. -
Change Signers
on an Existing Bank Account
Any time signers on a bank account need to be changed complete the change online form. -
Register an Existing Bank
Account
This authorizes GSNETX to perform ACH transactions for payments toward product sales programs and rebates, council refunds, pass through donations, and service unit family partnership rebates.

Service Unit Overview

All Service Unit Volunteers must complete TR600 - Service Unit Overview Training Course every three years. TR600 is available for all registered SU Volunteers in gsLearn.

Looker
-
Looker is a national platform for Service Unit Volunteers to view local membership rosters, troop details, membership analysis reports, and gsLearn progress.
While GSNETX encouarges Looker access for all Service Unit Volunteers, specific support guides are available for SU Managers, SU Cookie Program Coordinators, SU Troop Organizers, and SU Adult Recognition Specialists.
How to Access Looker:
- Register or renew for the current membership year
- Register for your current Service Unit role
- Your background check must be current
- Complete the Volunteer Agreement
- Send a Looker request to susupport@gsnetx.org
