At GSNETX, we want every Girl Scout to be able to attend camp with no barriers.
Financial assistance may be requested for any registered Girl Scout living in the 32 counties served by Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas. GSNETX makes every effort to assist as many girls as possible from our allocated funds. Families can request assistance for all or part of the session fee.
Use this form if requesting Financial Assistance for any of the following summer camp experiences:
- Sleepaway Camp - Bette Perot
- Deep Dive Workshop Day Camp - Whispering Cedars
- Family Camp - Camp Gambill
- Austin College Summer Camp
- Palo Duro Canyon Adventure Camp
Steps:
- Register and pay deposit. Financial aid grants are applied towards the remaining balances.
- Complete the GSNETX Sleepaway Camp Financial Assistance.
- The application process will indicate the amount granted.
- You will receive an email confirmation once form is submitted.
- You will be notified by email after GSNETX processes your registration.
- Incomplete requests will not be processed.
If requesting Financial Assistance for Day/Twilight Camp:
- Complete the GSNETX Day/Twilight Camp Financial Assistance.
- The application process will indicate the amount granted and the balance that is due by the applicant.
- You must pay the balance due less the amount granted to complete the application request.
- You will receive an email confirmation for your payment and application.
- You will be notified by email after Council processes your registration.
- Incomplete requests will not be processed.
