| Sow What Do You Know About Environmental Justice? | 9am-1pm | $25 | Explore environmental justice problems focusing on food issues and create an equation for change in our local community. Complete your Sow What/Justice Journeys at the STEM Center of Excellence with this combined program. The day will be filled with debates, negotiations, and reflections on our societies issues. Come ready to build a greener future. Girl Scouts will earn Step 1 and 3 of the Sow What? and Justice Journeys. |
| Think Like a Citizen Scientist: Depths of Discovery | 1:30pm-5:30pm | $25 | Deep dive into underwater robotics in a fun-filled poolside event! Discover STEM principles through the application of remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) while investigating aquatic environments. Girls earn all step in the Think Like a Citizen Scientist Journey except the Take Action Project. |
