Step into an incredible camp staff role at one of our beautiful properties in North Texas, where you will create a magical home-away-from-home for Girl Scouts ages 7 to 18 and for staff from Texas, other states, and countries all over the world. Champion meaningful connections and belonging, valuable teamwork, rejuvenating time in nature, and tons of fun as girls grow their courage, confidence, and character through community life outdoors. For many people, camp is a gift that stays with them their entire life long, and camp staff make it all possible.

Whether you are running camper activities, cooking meals, or keeping campers healthy, learn how strong you are and what you are capable of as you develop leadership skills in responsibility, initiative, listening, and decision-making that will serve you well in any future career, plus build incredible friendships that you will take with you when the season ends.
