Welcome to Crowded!
We're excited to share that Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas is partnering with Crowded, a financial management platform designed specifically to simplify banking and financial management for volunteers, through a national partnership with Girl Scouts of the USA.
Our goal is to make Girl Scout finance management less time-consuming so volunteers can focus on what matters most: delivering great Girl Scout experiences for girls.
Since this is a national partnership, please be sure to refer to and use GSNETX-provided resources for details as other councils may have slightly different approaches to how they are launching this for their volunteers.
597 Crowded Banking Basics is a new course for volunteers available in gsLearn. It includes GSNETX specific information and covers opening your account, moving funds into your Crowded account, inviting users, using card types, depositing checks, the Crowded mobile app, ATMs and cash deposits, collecting dues, statements, services, and FDIC details.
To request a new account or to update your Crowded subaccount admins or any bank accounts, complete the form at www.gsnetx.org/bankaccount.
